My name is Karen and I am your Customer Success Manager.

We will be closely working together to get you fully setup on our software & applications. 

  • When: 12th April- 3th May 2017
  • How: 6 online sessions, 2 sessions per week.

Register for the onboarding


Session 1: Setup

  • Helicopter tour of d!nk and d!nk dictionary
  • Setup the d!nk app on your tablet
  • Log in to the d!nk Portfolio Manager
  • Introduce you to the d!nk Support Site & Community

    Duration: 45 to 60 minutes

Session 2: The Portfolio Manager Explained

  • How to create and manage users and managers
  • Organise sales content in kiosks and collections

    Duration: +- 60 minutes
    Date: 20th April 2017
    Time: 10:00 - 11:00

Session 3: How to upload & Manage content

  • How to upload sales content to your kiosk and synchronise with the tablet app
  • How to manage sales content (rename, delete, update)
  • Advanced functions: set up test kiosks, set push download, set expiry

Duration: +- 60 minutes

Session 4: Create interactive sales tools


  • Create multimedia pitchbooks
  • Create interactive sales tools with survey elements
  • Use the Document Generator for a complete sales experience workflow

    Duration: +- 90 minutes
    Date: 24th April 2017
    Time: 10:00 - 11:30

Session 5: How to work with the d!nk app

  • How to use the sales content and annotate PDFs
  • How to share content with the Account Hub and view customer engagement
  • Customize your app:  set key publications, adapt the color scheme
  • How to open sessions with Customers
  • How to create newsfeed messages

Session 6: Analytics & Reports

  • How to access the d!nk Analytics 
  • How to use the content analytics to improve sales content
  • How to use the user analytics for coaching users
  • Use waterfall statistics to visualise user adoption of campaigns
  • How to visualise survey results with Surveywonders analytics.
