We will be closely working together to get you fully setup on our software & applications.

  • Log in to the d!nk Portfolio Manager
  • Introduce you to the d!nk Support Site & Community

  • How to create and manage users
  • How to create Customers
  • Organise sales content in kiosks and collections

Session 3: Create interactive sales tools

Session 4: How to work with the d!nk app


  • How to use the sales content and annotate PDFs
  • How to share content with the Account Hub and view customer engagement
  • Customize your app:  set key publications, adapt the color scheme
  • How to open sessions with Customers
  • How to create newsfeed messages

Session 5: Analytics & Reports

  • How to access the d!nk Analytics
  • How to use the content analytics to improve sales content
  • How to use the user analytics for coaching users
  • Use waterfall statistics to visualise users adoption of campaign
  • How to visualise survey results with Surveywonders analytics

Session 6: How to work with the Document Generator

  • How to generate customised documents on the spot
  • Create document templates (offer, summary, simulation,...)
  • Fill-out data on the spot based on the input of your customer
